Fire TV by Hisense and Amazon will take your money
Absolute trash this television lasted about two months before completely black screen will not work. Amazon will not take a return for it. Hisense also will not refund for the television. I bought a two year extra warranty, which they will not even help me either because it’s still under the one year warranty for manufacturer, and the manufacturer will not refund for the television, even though it only lasted a couple of months, it was a gift to my mother. It’s pathetic that it couldn’t last even half a year, not even a few months. and not one single person on either side, Amazon or the manufacturer will refund the money for this television. They’ve drug it out since July. I bought it in April. It actually only lasted a month to be honest and I’m still fighting trying to get a refund of this television because I’ve already had to buy another one to replace it. I absolutely employ you do not buy from this company and do not trust Amazon when it comes to expecting any help if you buy a fire TV because they say it has to be the Amazon only fire TV before they’ll help you in anyway so I’ve pretty much been duped out of my money and no one will help me.

Great tv but bad port placement for mounts.
This is a great tvs. The picture quality is good, the sound is good as well. The issue with the 4 stars is 1 thing. The placement for the imports. When this is on a wall mount or a tv stand with a mount on it makes almost impossible to hook up the wires cause the bracket is in the way. You either need to have someone hold the TV for you off the mount while you plug in the wires or someone with tiny hands to fit between the bracket and the tv. See the picture to better understand. If its on the standard stand that it came with then it be easier to do cable management.The 1 other issue I noticed as well is my old soundbar I was using. I found that it’s not a Dolby Audio soundbar and this tv is everything about Dolby so I had to buy a new soundbar cause any app like HBO, Disney and Peacock app. These would not work with my soundbar as it’s not supported. So make sure your soundbar is Dolby Audio supported if you use a soundbar.

Wonderful display
I am pleased with this TV. I had it professionally set up, it was simple to plug in for 2 people, its a bit large for 1 person (55″). The HDMI ports were accessible when standing in front of the TV. I needed the SN for the warranty, that was more difficult to get. It’s on the back lower right side, I used my phone to.take a picture of it. Setting up the TV was simple clicky the buttons that work for you! Now I need to log into everything…sigh.Screen is excellent. The 4k is as expected and the HDR was better than expected. The sound is perfect and I didn’t need my cheap sound bar.It’s a great TV with alot of features you don’t normally see at this price, I got it on sale.I’m very pleased with this purchase!
