Great monitor!
LOVE this monitor! The camera itself is great quality and very easy to setup. Simply plug it in and it’s ready to go. We bought an attachment that clamps on to the side of the crib to have a closer view of baby. The screen is a great size and has many setting options. Picture quality is very good. I love the long range, so I can be anywhere in our large house and it has no trouble. I also read great things about the company and their great customer service, so I’m very pleased I decided to go with this monitor. Very pleased!

Absolutely love this camera! Is able to rotate around and up and down very far, which is helpful for where we placed it in our baby’s room. Emits not excess light when turned on so baby isn’t distracted by it. Great picture and sound quality on the monitor and battery life is great. Easy to set up too! Wish we had gotten this camera first instead of the one we originally got!

This baby monitor is everything we needed. Our situation requires us to use this for our elderly grandma who has severe dementia, and it works like a charm!PROS:The Screen on the Monitor is very wide, and has 2 zoom options. And the picture quality is crystal clear! It’s not grainy like other monitors!During the night, the screen switches to Nighttime mode, which is basically night vision which is awesome!The audio output is also clear. You can talk both ways, to the camera and through the monitor, and both sides are clear, no static sounds!The range goes a long ways. As long as you don’t like in a steel building, the connection goes all over our house, and even outside!CONS:My ONLY wish is that the camera could spin a complete 360. Sometimes I need to be able to follow her throughout the room, and the camera will reach a limit and stop spinning.If you’re looking for a great, inexpensive monitor that has great quality, then this is the one! My baby just turned one and I’m so pleased w this monitor and the functionality. Last month I accidentally sat on the monitor breaking the screen. I immediately ordered another no question asked. Because I know how reliable this item is. It has other features like the temperature in the room, if the temp drops or rises to certain degree base on your preference you will get alerted. It has a feeding timer, because we all know as exhausted mom you can lose track of time It does have the option to added camera and I did want to set up the camera from my previous monitor but I couldn’t get it to work. I might have to reach out to the seller and ask for help. The instructions were included but I think I have to reset the camera first. My favorite feature is the eco setting. It allows the monitor to save battery and only turn on when my baby makes noise or moves Ease of setup:The set up is simple: plug in, set the date and time if you want.I will say I did have to buy the clamp to mount on the crib. Another con is the zoom in it only has one setting instead of letting me gradually zoomWhy did you pick this product vs others?:So I was gifted this item for my baby showerValue for money:It’s definitely worth the money for the peace of mind. Good Quality
We bought this for travel so we don’t have to take down our other one all the time. It has a clear screen, long battery life, and a long range. I did wish it came with a holder for the camera because it’s hard to just put on a table and see down into the crib. It was also on sale when we bought it. Good value for price.

Fantastic Product and Even Better Customer Service
We’ve been using the HelloBaby monitor for almost a year now, and it’s been great! The picture is very clear in both daytime and night vision mode. The microphone is very sensitive, and picks up when trucks drive by outside with the windows closed. The adjustable sensitivity in the eco mode makes it very flexible for whether we want it to turn on for any sound or just the louder cries, and we cycle through the different settings through the day and whether we’re right outside their room or farther away.The range is very good. I like that the antenna can fold down to be more compact around the house. With the antenna up, the signal reaches through the house and about 150 ft into the backyard, so I can do things outside while the baby sleeps. If I go to far or the signal drops, the monitor beeps so that I know that it’s not connected to the camera anymore, which keeps me from constantly checking that it’s working.The sound is loud enough on the highest volume that I can hear it outside with ambient sounds from at least 20 ft away without any issues.If I could change one thing about the monitor, it would be to lower the minimum brightness. I’m the sort of person that tends to keep the phone brightness at the absolute minimum at night, while the monitor’s lowest setting is probably closer to the 30% of my phone. It is plenty of bright at the higher setting to see easily outside in full sun.Recently, the audio stopped working on the monitor itself. Everything else worked, and the camera picked up the sound, but it just wouldn’t play out of the monitor speaker. Even though it had been over a year since we bought it, I reached out to customer support to see if there was any way to fix it. I was already set on buying After going through some troubleshooting steps, they sent me a brand new monitor. The new monitor paired with the camera with a single button push and has been working perfectly. It’s hard to find companies that stand behind their quality products, but this is definitely one of them. I already have and will continue to recommend the HelloBaby system to friends and family.

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters.I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
