Great beginner/casual gaming PC
Can’t go wrong with the price point. Bought this as a gift for my brother and it works really well. No issues whatsoever. Runs games between 60-100 FPS which is great for him since he’s not an avid gamer but wanted something he could play good games on without any issue. Id definitely recommend this PC to anyone looking to not break the bank and have a good mid tower PC to play games on. Also the case is sweet. 🙂

Second CyberPowerPC and this one is just as exceptional
I’ve been using my first CyberPowerPC since around 2017, and it’s still meeting my needs. However, it was time for my young son to begin his foray into gaming and I ordered this computer as a good machine for a reasonable price last week. It arrived very quickly, easy to set up (we had an issue with the mouse but tech support took care of that hiccup the same day so no complaints). We’ve been using the computer pretty much four or five hours a day gaming since it arrived and the games run smoothly and without any issues. The design is actually very nice, the multiple fans help ensure it’s not going to overheat and all in all, we’re very pleased.

Great bang for your buck PC
The PC ran great right out of the box. No damage to case or components whatsoever. Arrived a day earlier than Amazon told me. PC handles multitasking efficiently and effortlessly. Runs Elden ring and other good titles very well. Great for beginners just getting in, and also great for any of my fellow gamers with very outdated hardware lol. If you have to choose a pc I’d choose this one.

Works well for online gaming.
Arrived with no damage. Online games are running much faster and there is no lag when he is on Twitch. Very large and heavy. Fans and air circulation are working well. The lights are a bonus that he never had before.

Dents and busted fans
The computer runs fine, but one of the fans are loose and the other just doesn’t spin. Also there are dents all over the case and the glass door doesn’t shut unless I push up on it.

So Far Happy With Purchase
Purchased for a Christmas gift 13 year old girl low level gamer. Has a lot of room in this tall tower for expansion should you want to upgrade later. Turned on and booted up with out difficulties. Seems to work and function correctly with Windows 11.I was very worried about shipping and ordering this online rather than walking into a local store and buying one. The tower had a molded Styrofoam insert that seemed to hold the video card and other hardware perfectly in place., which is good because it came by US MAIL Rural carrier instead of UPS or FedEx, in a giant box twice the size of the computer box with no packing materials and the box arrived half open. I met the girl by my mailbox because she couldn’t even lift it.All in all it arrived in working condition, no damage, works well, and is adequate for her needs.

Issue after issue
Bought this as a christmas gift for my wife, we received it the day after ordering before Christmas even got there. There was a near immediate issue with the computer connecting to the wifi, we spent days with the Microsoft support team where they installed every advanced driver, update, and ran every diagnostic they possibly could. Nothing worked and they determined it was a hardware issue. We reached to CyberPowerPC to get help as it was under warranty (it had only been two weeks) trying to communicate with them through email took forever. They literally took 3-4 days to respond every single time, finally when we got the chance to call during their business hours and we got a hold of someone the only solution they could offer was us sending it in for a repair and said it would take 15-20 days. We explained we needed it before then and asked if we could ship it back to them and then they could just send us a new one rather than wait for repairs. They said that they don’t do that. At this point we’d been dealing with this computer not working for almost a month and they offered us no viable solution. On top of that we started having issues with the graphics card as well. We ended up just returning it through amazon and buying with a different brand instead.

Great Gaming PC
My first proper gaming computer, great price for the specs, can be modified came with all required wires and trays for extra storage devices, able to add additional graphics card if need to. Highly recommend for beginner gamers that are trying to switch from console to PC or even update their current smaller systems.

Amazing computer graphics are stunning noise is not to bad after optimizing the 4060 started to handle everything a bit better but yeah definitely a 10/10 gotta upgrade ram and thats about it stunning 60fps gameplay i mean can get 120 on most but it solid at 60 with ray tracing and all that jazz

Bought two for my kids, expected to have to fiddle with them but everything worked flawlessly out of the box. Nice clean build, parts are all as advertised. Keyboard and mouse on the cheap side but they always are. Overall very pleased with these.

I only bought this to play roblox but this desktop works way better than expected . it runs fast and doesn’t seem to generate much heat . even if its running a game for 24 hours . But to be fair the games i’m playing doesn’t push the pc much but still very happy with it.

The PC runs fine but the casing looks like it was pried up to fit the glass pieces in during installation and then just shipped out anyways. The only thing they’ll let me do is a return which would require me to lug a half-ton PC across the city on foot to a Purolator station. So sick of companies getting away with selling sub-par products just because it’s so inconvenient to return them. Not a respectable company at all.Buying a computer is supposed to be exciting, not stressful.
