Update: problem solved. Doesn’t stay inflated.
Update to my original review. The company contacted me and promptly sent a new ball. This ball I was able to inflate and it has stayed inflated. Great customer service. Thank you.My exercise ball does not retain air. The first time I inflated it, I slightly under inflated so I didn’t overstretch. The next morning it was all wrinkled and lost inflation. The second time I inflated to normal size. By the second day it was flat again. I tried one more time as the air is getting colder in house but still the same result. Unfortunately it is past the refund period.

Great for a variety of uses
I got this for Physical Therapy but plan to also use it for other exercises. It seems very sturdy and has extra plugs and inflation tube, so I won’t have to replace it anytime soon. Great value-
