A ball that is just the right size. I purchased this ball for shoulder work by rolling against the wall before pickleball. I inflated it just one time. The inflator is easy to use. Inflates quickly. Most importantly the ball retains the pressure -no leaking no need to reinflate. Price to value is very reasonable. Quality wise this ball is reliable and fills my exercise warm up needs. I bought this to continue physical therapy after orthopedic surgery. The ball is easy to inflate, and comes with a pump-type inflator. The rubbery plastic of the ball is good quality and will last a long time.

No proper instructions.
The instructions for how to inflate the ball were not helpful at all, but once I went to the website and saw exactly how to inflate it, I was done with inflating it in about 2 minutes. However, because of the confusing and missing instructions I almost returned the product.The quality, after the initial problems with instructions, seems quite good. This rating is much more about the lack of instructions than the product itself.
